Albania Team attends excellent Talent Assessment Training in Milan

Last week, with the initiative of AIMS Talent Management Global Team, a workshop on Assessments was conducted in Milan. Its aim was to further prepare AIMS consultants from different countries on the standardized solutions that AIMS International has developed for Executive and Leadership Assessments.

This training made possible the exchange of knowledge and insights with the most experienced AIMS consultants in Talent Management. It was a great opportunity for our team to deepen the expertise on scientifically proven assessment methodologies to be used with our clients in Albania.
