Talent Management Success Stories – Team Building for Porsche Albania

We organized this weekend a company-wide Team Building Workshop for our client Porsche Albania. It came as another successful project of AIMS Albania Talent Management division, aiming at releasing human potential in every level of our client organizations.

The event was facilitated by Mr. Antonios Daskos, Director of DOOR International Greece and AIMS Albania team. The final objective was to promote continuous collaboration and enhance human rapport within the employees of Porsche Albania, one of the leading automotive companies in the country.

The program was based on games and models designed specifically to highlight all the necessary nuances of behavior for high performing teams, such as: strategic thinking, leadership, communication, trust and collective cooperation. The event served as a good opportunity to promote to employees the company’s culture of continuous learning and to emphasize the business priorities of next year through a “learning-by-doing” approach.

It was a special day for Porsche Albania employees, all of whom evaluated highly the event, in terms of results delivery, professional relevance and enjoyment.
