AIMS Albania leading Symposium Discussion on Employability
May 2018Last week, Epoka University in cooperation with the Economic Society of Albania organized a Symposium called “Envisioning Albania 2030: Challenges to Employability”. This event was designed to facilitate a discussion between representatives from government, international institutions, industry, and academia on how to best prepare the Albanian labor force for the opportunities and challenges of the ongoing Fourth Industrial Revolution.
The audience was composed of more than 150 scholars, students, and interested representatives from government, international institutions, and industry. Our consultant Endri Ndoni was invited to be part of the panel to lead the discussion on the necessary employee skills and expertise required from leading companies in Albania.
Endri shared with the audience insights on the most competitive professions, hard skills and soft skills in the labor market, as well as employability trends for the years to come. The presentation was received very well, and a high interest was shown especially from the young university students or graduates that will soon lead the market. AIMS International is happy to support these initiatives that contribute to build an exciting future for Albania and the new generation of aspiring students, workers, entrepreneurs, and policy-makers.
