AIMS Training – Talent Assessment with Per Carlsson

On 12 and 13 June 2018, AIMS International Albania, in cooperation with the Albanian Association of Banks organized for the first time in Albania the open enrollment training “Talent Assessment”. This topic is part of our training series “HR as a Strategic Function”, designed to help companies implement Talent Assessment as a strategy to drive performance.

The training was facilitated by Mr. Per Carlsson, EMEA leader of AIMS International Talent Management Global Team and Partner at AIMS International Sweden, and Mrs. Monika Farka, Managing Partner of AIMS International Albania, and member of AIMS International Board Services Global Team.

The training was attended by 18 estimated HR Professionals. Participants were introduced to top-notch Assessment Tools and frameworks, which are used extensively by AIMS certified consultants to add value to their clients companies. The trainees will start to implement these strategic tools to optimize their critical HR-related processes such as: Recruitment, Development, Promotion, Succession Planning, Performance Evaluation etc.
