Production Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading company operating in the Industry of Natural Resources Exploitation, AIMS International Albania is seeking to hire a Production Manager, in order to support their growing operations.

Role:

As a Production Manager, you will manage all aspects of production. You will be leading the production team, ensure quality standards, keep orders on schedule, and deliver high quality product for the clients on time.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a group of production workers;
• Training and coaching workers to keep them motivated and properly qualified.
• Setting and achieving required production targets.
• Ensuring that production facility is in top operating conditions every day.
• Running tight quality policies to ensure excellent results.
• Managing the workflow of the department for timely delivery.
• Striving to reduce expenses and maximize productivity, profit and quality.
• Following technical maintenance schedules and procedures and reacting promptly to technical faults.
• Communicating and reporting effectively to senior management, and keeping a team attitude.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in production;
• Engineering Profile; Preferably Chemistry;
• Very good communication skills in Albanian and English;
• The ability to adapt to different client needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships;
• An excellent sense of discipline and integrity;
• A confident and mature approach;
• Excellent communication skills;
• The ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines;
