Experienced Finance Manager

On behalf of our client, a well-established Albanian company operating in the wholesale and retail of industrial supplies that prides itself on providing outstanding customer service, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to lead their Finance Department.

Role:

The Finance Manager will manage all the important financial functions and be responsible for the overall financial health of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 7 people from the Finance Department
• Representing the company and managing relations with tax authorities and other relevant state institutions
• Supervising contracts and financial relations with suppliers and clients
• Adding value to strategy, business planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Managing risk and corporate governance, insurance, internal financial controlling and implementing audit or compliance recommendation
• Supporting the General Management with financial reporting and analysis, cash forecasting and all external reporting requirements
• Managing relationships across other departments from a legal, risk and financial perspective
• Applying excellent stakeholder management skills to form relationships and influence outcomes

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in Financial Management
• Very good knowledge of English and Italian
• Familiarity with ERPs and Alpha
• Relevant Education qualification (Bachelor or above)
• Superior analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve tactical issues whilst also advising on strategy
• Proven project management experience and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in teams and autonomously on projects of influence
