Administrative Manager
March 2018Our Client, an international company operating in the ICT Industry in Albania, has a vacancy for an experienced and dynamic Administrative Manager.
Role:
The Administrative Manager will manage and coordinate staff, oversee administrative operations of the company, and be in charge of the company’s day-to-day functions.
Responsibilities:
• Managing all administrative aspects of a team of 30+ people
• Recruiting, appraising and developing employees
• Maintaining company profitability through business development and relationships with clients
• Designing and implementing policies compliant with required standards and regulations
• Managing all operational and logistics requirements to facilitate daily activities of the office
Requirements:
• At least 4 years proven experience in similar role
• Very good knowledge English and Italian
• Excellent interpersonal and resource management skills
• Very good organizational, coordination and reporting skills
• Ability to be proactive, to take initiative and respond well to pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
