Sales Director

On behalf of our client, an Albanian company well-known in FMCG production and distribution, we are looking for a Sales Director who wants to bring about change in support of expanding the company’s business

Role:

The Sales Director’s main tasks will be the management of the sales team in Albania, the creation and implementation of commercial strategies as well as the expanding of customers and profitability according to the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Development of competitive strategies and procedures in function of business objectives
• Maximize sales volumes and profitability of the brand
• Sales team management and setting quality and quantity objectives
• Communication and implementation of company initiatives, policies and standards
• Maintaining contacts and relationships with top-level clients
• Developing effective relationships with key personnel, distributors and associates
• Communication of information and client needs with senior management

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in sales, (FMCG experience is an advantage)
• Very good FMCG market in Albania. (Experience in the region is an advantage)
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
• Strong negotiating skills that create business deal in respect of company policies
• Good financial knowledge, capacity to budget and to create accurate forecasts
• Very good knowledge of commercial strategies related to sales and / or marketing
• Analytical skills, predictive and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and resist to stress
