Business Analyst

An Albanian market-leading company in the wholesale and retail of civil and industrial supplies is seeking a Business Analyst to support their growing operations and increase business performance through the analysis of sales and financial data.

Role:

The Business Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales and financial data in an on-going effort to increase overall business performance. He/she will create standardized custom reports, conduct quantitative product sales analysis and assess future needs and data integrity. He/She will develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving overall operational efficiency. The development and tracking of key performance indictors will be critical to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, evaluate and report relevant data in order to increase overall business productivity
• Implement and improve CRM processes to enhance customer experience and add value to the business
• Analyze sales and performance records, interpret results and recommend corrective actions accordingly
• Guide sales people into accurate forecasting processes for all sales channels
• Analyze business operations to determine profitability and establish a baseline for necessary changes
• Analyze warehouse activities and inventory costing and recommend actions according to company policies
• Develop models and reporting structure that identify costs and baselines for actions
• Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, Inventory and Products, and communicate them to Senior Management
• Conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunity and risk.

Requirements:

• University Diploma/College Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Navision
• Ability to perform complex analysis, organize data and create reports from various sources
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex
information to a broad audience
• Strong problem solving, documentation, research and resolution skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
