IT Pre-Sales Engineer

On behalf of our client, a world-leading multinational company with a global infrastructure and focus on advanced IT solutions throughout all the IT supply chain, we are currently seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to support the company operations in Albania.

Role:

The Pre-Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to analyze, present and deliver adequate solutions for customers, and conduct all necessary Pre-Sales Activities. The main goal is to convert sales inquiries into the right technical solutions and present same to the customer (reseller / end-user):

Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales supporting Actions:

• Providing the right technical solutions to resellers / end-users
• Meet with end users to better understand requirements if necessary
• Helping clients in technical specification definition and requirements
• Designing solutions blocks in collaboration with vendors
• Preparing Bill of Materials
• Conducting necessary demos and proof of concept to present right solutions
• Arranging and conducting technical training for partners/customers

Product Knowledge supporting Actions:

• Studying continuously and keeping the technical knowledge at required level
• Knowing well technically what the competition is offering

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT technologies
• Degree in IT, Telecommunications or Electronics
• Solid knowledge of network technologies (CCNA or CCNP are considered an advantage)
• Ability to communicate effectively within business environment
• Ability to build and nurture relationships within channel partners and end-user customers
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• A learning mindset is a must for this position
