HR Director

Our client is a globally present international group headquartered in Germany, operating in the industrial production of renewable energy components.
The client will invest in a greenfield manufacturing project in Albania. The production facility will be of great strategic importance, as will ensure sustainable and timely supply for all Balkan, Mediterranean and North-African countries.

The group has contracted AIMS International Albania to fill all the executive roles of the facility.

We are currently looking for an HR Director.

Role:

As an HR Director, you will manage Human Resources tasks at the factory involving: labour relations, coordinating HR team, defining and reporting main KPIs and applying corporate policies.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead the HR team of the Albanian Plant
• Define and apply corporate policies and strategies on the factory
• Make and control P&C Budget together with Finance and Plant Manager
• Supervise and guarantee labour relations and the appliance of labour corporate policies and governmental labour laws
• Provide regular reports to the company
• Lead recruiting processes and on-off boarding process
• Manage and apply compensation and benefits corporate policies

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience on a similar position, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, ideally in HR related sciences or Law
• Leadership, good communication skills, analytical skills and high commitment
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken

The HR Manager will report to the Plant Manager, with dotted lines reporting to the regional HR in Spain.
The Plant will be located in Durres, Albania
