Operations Manager

On behalf of a prominent UK-based BPO company, opening a site in Albania, we are currently looking for an Operational Manager, who will assist the company in the effective and successful management of operations, labor, productivity and quality.

Role:

The successful candidate shall ensure safe and efficient operations, as well as localize and enhance procedures, systems and principles.

Responsibilities:

– Ensure that the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly
– Accomplish organization objectives by completing related results as needed
– Improve and align procedures, systems and principles to organization objectives
– Handle the logistics and prepare related budgets and inventories
– Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach and counsel employees
– Harness a working environment which encourages team work, energy and creativity
– Analyze process workflow, employee requirements and equipment layout; implement changes if needed
– Manage relationships with key operations vendors
– Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
– Devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
– Report periodically to higher management

Requirements:

– 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area; at least 5 years in management position
– Bachelor degree in Operations Management, Business or related
– Excellent capabilities in managing project, planning, change and time
– Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, design, testing and implementation
– Excellent communication in English, both verbally and in written form. Italian is a strong plus
– Strong Leadership and decision-making skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
