Front Desk Manager

On behalf of our client, which operates in the hospitality industry in Tirana, we are looking for a Front Desk Manager who can confidently deliver exceptional customer service to our client’s valued guests.

Role:

This is an exciting role for a professional Front Office Manager who has required knowledge to manage Front Office Team, and strong ability to build long-lasting relationships with all guests and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

-Ensure the team deliver an exceptionally high standard service for every guest.
-Establish good working relationships with the team, visitors, and guests.
-Train, evaluate, discipline, and motivate employees and serves as a role model and first point of contact.
-Suggest and implement new practices to improve customer satisfaction.
-Manage all Front Office daily operations and ensure procedures are implemented and followed.
-Evaluates the job performance for each team member
-Regularly prepare performance reports to General Manager related to front office.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business related disciplines. Highly preferred degree in Hospitality and Tourism.
-5+ years’ prior experience in hospitality industry, 2+ years in managerial positions.
-Must have great communication skills and proficiency level of English. Other languages are highly preferred. -Excellent leadership, management and team building skills.
-Ability to multitask, manage time and problem-solving.
