Head of Marketing

Our client is an international company operating in the Life Science industry, specialized in health diagnostics. On their behalf we are currently seeking for a Head of Marketing to support their growing operations in the country.

Role:

The Head of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will be mainly responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall business marketing activities and strategy in Albania.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

•Set marketing goals and objectives for Albanian market.
•Plan, implement and manage marketing and content strategy.
•Contribute to the overall growth of the company.
•Keep the marketing budget in check.
•Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports.
•Work with sales and development and customer success teams.
•Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy for Albania.
•Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions.
•Analyze company’s marketing strategy and suggest improvements.
•Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices. .
•Attend marketing conferences and educational programs when necessary.
•Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Skills:

• 5 years’ experience in marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media ads.
• Hands on experience with digital campaigns and social medias.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Possessing a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Curiosity, creativity and enthusiasm.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.
