AIMS International invited at the Bulgarian EU Presidency Conference
May 2018On the 16th of May, the Bulgarian EU Presidency, in cooperation with Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF) organized in Sofia a round-table discussion on: “Investment Prospective: Western Balkans” This high level event gathered over 100 participants from the region and beyond, including high executives from world leading companies, the economic ministers of Western Balkans countries, and executives of EU and BBLF.
The discussion aimed to highlight the investment opportunities in Western Balkans and among others the role of Human Capital as a key promoter for investment in the region. Mrs. Monika Farka was invited in the event to represent AIMS International, as a leading Human Capital services provider in the Balkans. Monika shared her insights obtained through 15+ years of experience with recruiting and talent management projects in Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
It was concluded that there is a need to open up opportunities for stronger regional cooperation, in order to spark investment interest of international companies. To facilitate the EU Integration of the Balkans, it is necessary to invest in a stable political and economic environment in each country of the region. An increasing focus on Human Capital development has been emphasized to prepare the 25 Millions population for the upcoming challenges of the new world.
