AIMS provides Talent Assessment Training for Confindustria Albania

AIMS International Albania, in cooperation with Confindustria Albania organized successfully the experiential training “Talent Assessment”. This topic is part of the training series “HR as a Strategic Function”, designed to help companies implement Talent Assessment as a strategy to drive current and future performance.

The training was facilitated by Mr. Endri Ndoni, Certified Consultant on the use and interpretation of Talent Assessment Tools and Methodologies.

The seminar was attended by 12 HR Professionals from different industries: Energy, Manufacturing, Industrial, FMCG, ICT, Transport and Legal Services. In addition to the theoretical sessions, the training was handled on a practical level, with exercises taken from the real situation where Talent Evaluation solutions have made the difference.

Participants were introduced to top-notch Assessment Tools and frameworks, which are used extensively by the best companies worldwide. The training was perceived very well by the attendants and recived high evaluation.
