Investing in Albania – Presenting Talent to Confindustria Firenze

Last week, representatives from Confindustria Firenze and the Municipality of Firenze visted Albania to explore the investment possibilities of the country. In cooperation with Confindustria Albania, a Round Table with local experts of different industries was organized. AIMS International Albania and Kosovo was invited as an expert company on Human Capital and Employment. Our consultant Endri Ndoni shared insights and labour market know-how to an audience comprised of Italian Companies’ representatives, officials from the Italian Embassy, and the extraordinary presence of the Mayor of Firenze and his associates.

The main goal of our presentation was to promote Albania as an investment hub in Europe for foreign companies, especially in the BPO sector. Considering its strategic position, its young and qualified population, the facilities in business procedures and the cost advantages, Albania is an emerging destination for outsourcing. Great interest was shown from the audience for potential investments in Albania, following the steps of already successful Italian firms. We look forward to be an ally in the success of all companies wishing to establish their business in Albania.
