Administrative Manager

Our Client, an international company operating for many years in the field of manufacturing in Albania, has a vacancy for a dynamic Administrative Manager.

Role:

The Administrative Manager will oversee and manage the administrative operations of the company, and will be in charge of the department’s day-to-day functions as well as supervising and supporting staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s daily administrative operations
• Administrative management of a team of 50 people
• Coordinate job site financials, A/R, A/P and purchasing
• Manage contracts, material and equipment required for operations
• Liaising with other internal departments and produce reports for the administrators and the Group
• Manage contacts and relationship with outsourcers and state authorities (tax office, labor office, customs)
• Represent the company by special proxy at all related institutions

Requirements:

• At least 4 years proven experience in similar role
• Very good communication skills in English and preferably Italian
• Very good organizational, coordination and resource management skills
• Very good reporting skills
• Be a team player with leadership skills
• Be able to respond well to pressure
• Be proactive and able to take initiative
• Have a good business awareness
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
• A valid driving license
