Job Description

After Sales – Parts Coordinator

December 2022

Our client is the exclusive regional dealer of one of the world-leading manufacturers of heavy machineries, equipment and engines. In Albania, they support the clients through sales and distribution of spare parts and service.

In order to support its expansion in the Parts and Service department, the company is looking for a dynamic professional, preferably of both commercial and technical profile, willing to be part and grow within an international environment, to fill the position of Parts Coordinator.

Responsibilities

The position’s primary responsibility is selling parts and increasing parts’ sales to existing customers and bringing in new prospective customers.

This can only be achieved through establishing relationship and close interactions, identifying, and fulfilling customers’ needs and providing proper solutions for their equipment.

Preparation of all parts’ quotations required externally by customers and internally by various company departments is one of the key responsibilities of this role.

Additional responsibilities include preparation of various reports and other administrative duties.

Qualifications

●      Preferably a technical and/or commercial education (mechanical studies are highly preferred)

●      basic knowledge of machines, technology and industry; previous workng experience in automotive industry is highly preferred

●      very good communication and negotiation skills

●      enthusiastic, eager to learn personality and committed team attitude

●      good command of English language

●      computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Office

●      driving license
