Chief Financial Officer

On behalf of our client, a well-established and highly performing international company, we are currently looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer.

Role:

Based in Albania, you will be leading the Finance Department with direct reporting line to the CEO. You must be strategically focused with an operational mindset and excellent communication skills. Strong business, finance and systems acumen is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic/financial planning activity for the business unit.
• Setting annual financial/operating goals and drive business initiatives focused on profitable growth.
• Ensuring the accurate compilation, timely reporting, and analysis of financial data.
• Continuously improving closing, planning, forecasting, and other financial processes
• Identifying underlying business issues through forecasting and providing input to managerial decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting; local or international relevant certification and / or MBA is a plus
• Minimum 5 years in finance and accounting management; established expertise in corporate finance would be an asset
• Experience in IFRS and IAS as well as solid understanding of Albanian Accounting Standards are considered a must
• Superior English and PC skills
