Role:

Based in Albania, the CFO will be leading the Finance Department with direct reporting line to the CEO. This leadership position will utilize the existing systems by leveraging and driving the continuous Improvement of financial performance. Will provide leadership in the analysis of financial and operating results vs. forecast and plan. This role will work collaboratively and influence the other functional and business units and their respective teams to set strategies, align resources to achieve shared objectives and achieve results.

Responsibilities:

–FINANCIAL LEADERSHIP

Strategy – Develop and implement profitable growth strategies for the businesses. Create long and short-term strategies to drive growth, including penetration of new markets, and year over year gross margin expansion.

Performance – Develop targets in line with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and ensure achievement through a cadence of regular oversight.

P&L Management – Accountable for delivering the revenue and profit results in accordance with the overall business plan objectives. Provides financial forecasts and oversees the allocation of resources to ensure overall profitability of the business.

Culture – Foster a culture of acting with a high sense of integrity, inclusion, engagement, responsibility, transparency, and performance with a sense of urgency.

Training and Development – Attract, develop, and retain Financial talent within the company to ensure the competency level of all employees is sufficient to be fully effective in their roles.
Establish a results-oriented management style that measures and evaluates individual performance against clearly defined accountable competencies, responsibilities and objectives.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA or other qualifications are a plus
– At least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience financial management role leading a high-performing team; manufacturing industry experience is required
– Extensive knowledge of financial reporting and analytical tools and processes
– Proficient with Microsoft office products, with expert capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint
– Excellent leadership, financial, and analytical skills required
– Ability to work cross functionally to drive business initiatives
– Ability to manage and develop key talent within the function
– Confident in dealing with all people at all levels
– Superior English
