Financial Assistant

Our client is a distinguished Tour Operator providing services in Albania. In the light of recent travel restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemics the Tourism industry has taken a hit.
However, in the good hope that this situation will come to an end soon, and will not affect vacations in summer; our client would like to use this time to grow the team with talented professionals.
One of the positions we are seeking to fill is, Finance Assistant

Role:

The Financial Assistant will provide support in the administration of the financial/business functions of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Process and/or oversee the processing of financial/business forms
• Actively contribute to the activity relating to data acquisition and data entry processes
• Check, correct and maintain a variety of financial and other business records and documents
• Approve and process requisitions for supplies & equipment
• Prepare or assist in preparing various financial or administrative reports
• Provide reports and support for daily operations

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or relevant economic sciences;
• Excellent knowledge of English and preferably second language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
• Previous experience in the same field is welcome
• Excellent use of the Office package (in particular Excel)
• Reliability, precision and confidentiality
• Good organizational and time management skills
