Head of Human Resources

Our client is an EU-founded multi-national B2B outsourcing company conducting operations successfully in Albania through its established branch.

On their behalf, we are currently seeking to hire an experienced professional to lead their HR department, and act as a principal figure and business partner with regards to the Human Capital of the Organization. He/She shall create, adapt and deliver strategic HR initiatives, in line with the Group requirements and vision.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

·        Develop and implement strategies related to Human Resources

·        Establish HR objectives in line with organizational values and goals

·        Streamline HR processes and functions towards human resources optimization

·        Manage relationships with consulting firms

·        Define and introduce policies and systems related to team management, performance appraisal, compensation / benefits, talent development, retention, staff wellness and compliance

·        Predict staffing needs and optimize sourcing and recruiting strategies

·        Supervise all operational aspects of the HR team

·        Collaborate with other global group locations to align on initiatives

Competencies and qualifications:

·        Previous experience in the role (at least 5 years)

·        University Degree, preferably in Business or HR-related sciences

·        Fluency in English (must) and Italian

·        Leadership

·        Problem solving and Analytical skills

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Planning and Organizing skills

·        Office suite
