IT Support Team Lead

Our client is a distinguished IT Managed Services group, founded in 1973, and operating internationally through various partners & subsidiaries.
Their mission is to make the client’s IT team’s challenges their own, by putting their design, management, and security skills at the client’s disposal to support and respond promptly to every need.
Currently our client is opening an office and start operative activities in Albania, in the form of outsourced IT Support to international clients (with special focus on Italian markets).
On their behalf, we are seeking initially an IT Team Leader who will be in charge of daily operations and the team comprised of System Administrators and Network Engineers.
The candidates we are seeking shall ideally possess the majority or all the following qualifications and competencies:

General:

• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English language
• Previous relevant experience in IT support and/or Managed Services
• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Security or equivalent
• Organizational skills and operational autonomy for the resolution of complex problems
• Customer orientation and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to provide remote IT support to international clients
• Good people management and reporting skills

System – Related:

• Excellent knowledge of Active Directory (domains, authentication service continuity, multi-site architectures) and virtual environments (Vmware)
• Good knowledge of mail systems (Microsoft Exchange), Backup (Veeam and Backupexec) and Storage (Netapp, IBM and Hp) products
• Knowledge of Antivirus and AntiSPAM products (Kaspersky) is highly appreciated

Network – Related:

• Previous experience of at least 3 years in Networking and Network Security
• Good knowledge of issues relating to NPS and certificates
• Cisco CCNP R&S or Fortinet NSE4 certifications (or higher) is highly appreciated
• Knowledge of KEMP systems
• The knowledge of PaIo Alto Networks Firewall systems is appreciated
