Production Manager

Our client is a food production company operating successfully in Albania. In order to support their development plan, we are looking on their behalf for a Production Manager.

Role:

The Production Manager will combine his technical skills with people management skills. He will be key contributor to the growth of the company and will be part of a driven, dynamic team. He will report directly to Plant Manager.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the processes in the production area and verify the possibility of implementing improvements in terms of quality, safety, and costs.Play an important role in ensuring the health and safety culture to promote a safe work environment.Ensuring efficient and smooth production processes according to regulatory standards.Ensuring optimal use of resources, deployment planning of machines, compliance with quality specifications and maintenance planning.Drawing up the budget and monitoring the costs and effectiveness of production activities.Ensuring the ability to deliver and impeccable quality of the products produced.Responsibility for the implementation of new products in the production area.Intensive coordination with the group management, the production team, and other groups/departments in the companyCoordinate personnel to the assigned areas of the site.Responsible for personnel management tasks such as talent management, performance review and further development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.5-7 years of applied professional production experience with specifically 3 years’ experience in direct supervision, employee relations and scheduling.Experience in coordinating work groups and checking the results in compliance with set times and deadlines.Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire people.Extensive experience in conducting root cause analysis and problem solving.Analytical, technical & problem-solving mindset.Experience in budgeting, reporting, and documenting.Good knowledge of the English language.
