Maintenance Manager

Our client is a globally present international group headquartered in Germany, operating in the industrial production of renewable energy components.
The client will invest in a greenfield manufacturing project in Albania. The production facility will be of great strategic importance, as will ensure sustainable and timely supply for all Balkan, Mediterranean and North-African countries.

The group has contracted AIMS International Albania to fill all the executive roles of the facility.

We are currently looking for an Maintenance Manager.

Role:

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be in charge of performing control of plant equipment and controlling and maintaining the plant.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance technicians supervising that their works meet HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and management.
• Valuation of budgets.
• Coordinate with plant engineering, quality and logistics in order to solve problems and improvements.
• Daily preparation of maintenance work programs according to production requirements and the working orders generated.
• Assembly of machines. Eventually retrofits planning.
• Follow-up production progress and replan before deviations.
• Daily supervision of facilities and tools.
• Manage and organize preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Control the performance of subcontracted maintenance companies.

Requirements:

Qualification/Training: Technical Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial, or Vocational qualification with relevant experience.
Complementary Training: Knowledge of composite materials, electricity and mechanics.
Profile: Organizational and planning capacity
Languages/Level: High level of English (B2, C1)
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
