.NET Development Team Leader

An excellent opportunity has arisen to start leading a team of highly skilled developers for our international client company.

Role:

As an experienced Development Team Leader, whilst being highly technical and hands-on capable, you will lead development projects across predominantly Microsoft .NET technologies. Your technical background and experience will ensure you can offer the support and guidance required, being able to support and assist developers at code level.

Responsibilities:

• Line management and personal development of a team of highly skilled developers
• Building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on the project status throughout its life cycle
• Managing the delivery of multiple development projects from design through to release
• Contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
• Take responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives
• Ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed closely

Requirements:

• Proven management background in the development industry
• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Practical knowledge of .NET framework and C# language
• Proven technical capability and a track record in software development
• Technical University Degree
• Good knowledge of the Italian language
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
