Network Engineer

Our client is a system integration company operating in Albania for over 25 years. On their behalf, we are seeking a Network Engineer to sustain their client operations and support in the Network Department.

Role:

The Network Engineer will provide expertise and solutions to clients regarding the implementation and/or maintenance of their network infrastructure. He/She will work closely with the sales team to analyze, present and deliver adequate solutions for customers, and conduct all necessary Pre-Sales or implementation activities.

Will report to the Head of Network.

Responsibilities:

• Providing the right technical solutions to resellers / end-users
• Meet with end users to better understand requirements if necessary
• Helping clients in technical specification definition and requirements
• Designing solutions blocks and Preparing Bill of Materials
• Conducting necessary demos and proof of concept to present right solutions
• Arranging and conducting technical training for partners/customers

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT technologies
• Degree in IT, Telecommunications or Electronics
• Solid knowledge of network technologies (CCNA or CCNP are considered a strong advantage)
• Ability to communicate effectively within business environment
• Ability to build and nurture relationships within partners and end-user customers
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• A learning mindset is a must for this position
