People & Culture Manager

Our client is a well-established and constantly growing organization, operating internationally. It was founded in 2009 and currently employs 100+ people. They provide IT Services and advanced Business Software solutions to companies in the EU, South East Europe, CIS region and Albania.

To sustain their vision of becoming a leading European provider of turnkey advanced solutions and allow the organization to stay competitive on a talent level, we are currently hiring on their behalf a new People & Culture Manager. (PCM)

The main focus of the PCM will be to establish and execute the right strategies, processes and activities to attract, retain, assess and develop top talent within the organization. It is also equally important to ensure that each individual, each team and the organization as a whole operates and grows in alignment to the company values and vision.

The PCM will report to the General Manager and will lead the HR team.

Main responsibilities:

–        Develop and implement HRM strategy and action plans that complements the organizations’ approach to its culture, principles and values.

–        Develop and implement effective Human Resource Management policies and procedures. Identify and correct broken chains.

–       Develop strategies and processes for the recruitment of high-performing and high-potential talent. Get involved in the recruiting process when necessary.

–       Ensure the continuous development and growth of people within the organization; create opportunities for team cohesion, harmony and collective performance.

–        Invest and manage the right activities to improve and keep Employer Branding to the desired level.

–        Keep up-to-date with best talent practices in the industry and support the company’s managers to continually improve their team’s delivery of high quality work.

–        Provide periodic reports to the executive team on matters of HRM and organisational development.

–        Act as a single point of guidance for the managers and provide proactive HR support and advice. Assist in mentoring employees.

–        Act as the main mediator between the company and third-party HR services providers.

–        Overall responsibility of all operational aspects of HRM.

Main requirements:

–        5+ years of work experience in an HR-related role, ideally in a fast-paced environment, preferably IT-related.

–        University degree, preferably in business or HR-related fields.

–        Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders in quality/continuous improvement activities and change management.

–        A strategic mindset and strong planning and execution skills.

–        Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

–        Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

–        Ability to take initiative and work autonomously, motivated to reach a high standard of work.

–        Value driven and personable approach to work, and fitting in with the demands of a dynamic and growing organisation.
