Job Description
Platform Manager
July 2023On behalf of our reputable client operating successfully in Albania and the region, we are currently seeking a Platform Manager to lead the development and management of their proprietary online platform. In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with the platform consultants, engineers, technicians and other key stakeholders from the data analytics, product, and business teams to drive the technical and business direction of the platform and ensure its effective operation.
The Platform Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the platform design incorporates inputs from all relevant teams, to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and effective solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the development, operation, and maintenance of the platform, ensuring its functionality on top level.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients and meet business needs.
Manage the overall user experience with the platform and take necessary improvement actions.
Maintain relevant documentation, processes, security and compliance, in collaboration with specialized teams.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends and recommend improvements.
Attract, manage, mentor and coach team members to drive the growth of the platform.
Knowledge skills and experience:
University degree in Business, Information Technology or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital or Platform roles, with minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Experience in project management.
Our client offers a monthly gross compensation package in the range of 220,000-250,000 ALL
