Quality Control Engineer

On behalf of our client, an international firm operating in Albania, we are looking for an experienced and self-reliant Quality Control Engineer

Role:

This role will provide you with the chance to learn about the whole business and work with a variety of different functions. You will have the opportunity to investigate the root causes of failures and implement improvements to prevent recurrence of failures; whilst managing and taking responsibility for routine Quality activities without immediate supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products.
• Serve as the primary quality assurance resource to department supervisor(s) for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
• Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports.
• Develop, execute and analyze quality-reporting measures.
• Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality assurance and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years post-graduate experience in Quality field.
• Preferred Chemical,Engineering University Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements for the quality management system(QMS).
• Excellent experience in Quality Control and good knowledge of Quality tools.
• Must be a fast learner, an enthusiastic self-starter and show initiative.
• Demonstrate ability to effectively interact with internal and end users organizations.
• Technically comfortable with the software technologies.
• Customer oriented and able to work under pressure and flexible.
• Good communication skills and result oriented.
• Ability to travel.
• Fluent in English.
