Sales Manager – Financial Software and IT Solutions

Our client operates internationally by providing IT Services and Software Development solutions to the Financial Services industry.

Role:

On their behalf we are looking for a Sales Manager in Albania.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will identify potential prospects, create new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships.

Requirements:

• Professional experience within B2B sales environment: in-person and online
• 7+ years of experience with IT products and solutions; preferably for the financial sector
• Good knowledge of the financial sector and its dynamics
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
• Demonstrated ability to present and persuade credibly and effectively at all levels of the clients organization
• Ability to adapt communication style to both business and technical people
• Strong business mindset and industry expertise
• English language proficiency; all other languages are a strong plus
