Senior Engineering Positions

Aims International Albania is inviting interested highly skilled professionals from Albania within Oil & Gas industry, to be deployed in Middle East Region.

Role:

1. Civil Works and Structure Supervisor
• Supervises Contractors in all activities concerning the project, following policies, procedures and work practices, and implement improvements where necessary.
• Competent in reading and understanding specifications, drawings, and all other disciplines related to the project and engineering documentation. Familiar with and enforces strict compliance with all QA/QC and HSE / Safety procedures, plus all Company rules and regulations.

2. Senior HVAC Engineer
• Supervise and check the maintenance and repair work carried out by contractors on a variety of HVAC equipment.

3. Senior Electrical Engineer
• Carries out planned (preventive/routine) and breakdown maintenance activities on mechanical systems, plant and equipment in accordance with set plans and standard procedures.
• Participates in major overhaul and shutdown maintenance activities as assigned by Mechanical Engineer
• Participates in commissioning of projects and installation of new equipment
• Performs his work in a safe and efficient manner, and is familiar with relevant safe working procedures and practices.
• Proficient in several aspects of the industry. Exercises considerable judgment and initiative in interpreting policy in the planning and implementation of major work assignments.

4. Maintenance Superintendent
• Reporting to the Head of Maintenance Support, as a member of the Maintenance Support Group your main objective will be to support company fleet in our continuous effort to deliver value to our customers.
• Ensure that the maintenance system, planning and support are properly handled so we are capable of delivering high operational performance. Close co-operation with teams in the planning and optimization of maintenance. Responsible for mechanical maintenance support within the Maintenance Support Group.

Requirements:

1. Civil Works and Structure Supervisor

• Civil Engineering Degree, with minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience as civil supervisor for Oil & Gas Projects.
• A dynamic leader, motivated and able to motivate others, with good communication and interpersonal skills, managing computer software (Excel, AutoCAD) and good technical knowledge of English Language

Contract: 4 weeks on/ 4 week off

2. Senior HVAC Engineer

• High diploma or equivalent in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 6 experiences in: refrigeration and Air-conditioning, with at least 5 years work experience or certificate with a minimum of 10 years experience in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning, with at least 5 years experience in oil industry installation.
• Knowledgeable of assorted HVAC Manufacturer equipment.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Diligent working attitude.

Contract: 2 weeks on/ 2 Weeks off

3. Senior Electrical Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 8-10 years experience in the energy or process related industry
• Project management/project team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in rotating machinery and vibration, or process design/instrumentation.
• Ability to act as a leader and team player with good communication skills. Preferred knowledge of Integrity Management in liquids or gas pipelines, repair procedures in operating pipelines, or pipeline operations.

Contract: 11 months on/ 1 month off

4. Maintenance Superintendent

• At least 4-5 years experience within maintenance support function, preferably as Maintenance Superintendent / Chief Engineer at some stage.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• High ethical standards, integrity and trustworthiness
