Success Stories – Staff Retreat Workshop Activities for Balfin Group

It was sunny in Palermo during the days chosen by Balfin Group for the yearly Staff Retreat of the Managers at corporate level. This initiative is undertaken yearly to bring companies together, pause daily operational tasks and share unique experiences as a group.

The retreat activities are based on dialogue and strategic thinking for the future, orientation or adjustment of strategic direction, Group values or specific themes and issues. Every year a different topic is selected for the workshop/training delivered during the retreat.

The topic for this year retreat was “Improvement of employee productivity and efficiency”. The necessity was to conduct various fun, challenging and engaging activities to strengthen team spirit, trust and collaboration among staff members.

Balfin Group chose AIMS International Albania (again) as a trusted partner in success.

Together with Door International, the workshop and activities were delivered for about 100 Balfin Executives from the whole region. The concept of the games was not only to promote productivity and efficiency, but also to revitalize the team spirit, and reflect on necessary changes for further improvement, all through a fun and pleasant atmosphere.
