Tirana Economic Forum- Human Capital as a Growth Accelerator

Tirana Economic Forum, a high level event that brought together prominent local and international leaders on Albanian economic development, concluded the month of January.

Mrs. Monika Farka, our Managing Partner presented in the last panel on how #humancapital can be the best accelerator for the Albanian Economy.

She remarked that the country has a great potential to become a preferred near-shoring destination for Business Process Outsourcing, attracting investments from major international companies. Albania should also focus more on increasing human capacities and qualifications to perform well in the #tourism industry.

Efforts should be harmonized between government and businesses to overcome challenges related mainly to the lack of necessary skills of the workforce, in order to win a competitive edge in a global competition for talent.
