Training – Capacity Building for Public Administration

The Talent Management team of AIMS Albania concluded another successful project; this time for the Public Administration.

AIMS International Albania was chosen to organize an event aiming at building capacities for the Top Directors of the Municipality of Tirana. The 2-days session included activities and frameworks to enhance skills, behaviors and processes needed to best serve the public.

As usual, the training was very experiential and all participants evaluated it highly with regards to methodology, effectiveness and entertainment.
