Training – Retention and Succession Planning for Balfin

This December, AIMS International was selected yet again from Balfin Group for the provision of training sessions as part of the Balfin Academy Inititiative.

12 Top HR Managers of Balfin participated in the workshop “Retention and Succession Planning”, facilitated by Mr. Antonis Papachristou, HR Director for IKEA Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria.

We look forward to our next project with Balfin, following our successful cooperation up to this moment.
