ACN end-of-year meeting hosted in the offices of AIMS Albania

ACN, the Albanian Consulting Network, is a professional association that brings together highly qualified local consultants in an effort to promote professional and ethical consulting and increase Albanian consulting capacities.

Before holiday season, the consultants of ACN gather for the end-of-year celebration. This year the event was organized and hosted by AIMS Albania. As per tradition, before the dinner, the hosting firm presents its own business experience and new developments with fellow consultants.

Mrs. Monika Farka, in the capacity of AIMS Managing Partner and Board Member of ACN shared AIMS International’s local and global insights on Talent Management Best Practices, as well as our “GROW” products: Talent Assessment, Trainings and Talent Intelligence. Great interest was shown by the audience especially on Talent Assessment solutions, which AIMS offers through a global partnership with CEB / Gartner.

As consultants, our main purpose is to help companies excel in all aspects of their business. We are happy to serve our clients with every aspect of their talent strategy, and help them align their strategies with the leaders that will bring them to life.

The evening was concluded with a dinner in a warm atmosphere of good wine, good food and good company.
